Resolved - Beginning on Monday morning, 08/11/2025 at approximately 09:21amPT, Health Gorilla's API server began experiencing degraded performance responding to certain API calls, including those to the Patient endpoint when using a $everything extension. Health Gorilla infrastructure team identified the issue and made service modifications in order to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved within 2 hours and 10 minutes, and all API response times were back to normal. Health Gorilla engineering team determined that the cause was due to a particular service, and the service was disabled.
